  • They Close the Deal: Your lead must sign a proposal with Salient Strategic and fund their project.

  • Earn A 10% Commission: Once the deal is funded, you’ll receive a 10% commission on the funded amount—no caps, no limits!

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: To earn a referral commission, referrers must introduce prospects via a direct, personal method (e.g., email, DM, phone call, or in-person). Warm and cold leads (e.g., social media mentions, third-party referrals, or public lists) do not qualify.

Commission: Referrers will receive a 10% commission on the final deal value before taxes, paid after the deal is closed and fully funded.

Payment: Commissions are paid within 30 days of full deal funding, following verification of eligibility. Payments will be disbursed by a check made payable to the referrer.

Lead Qualification: Salient Strategic has sole discretion in determining whether a lead qualifies as "hot" and whether the deal is eligible for commission. Salient Strategic reserves the right to decline to work with a prospect for any reason.

Compliance: Referrers must follow all relevant laws and regulations. Unethical or illegal practices will disqualify the referrer. Referrers earning $600 or more are subject to 1099 filing in accordance with U.S. law.

Program Changes: Salient Strategic may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and referrers are responsible for staying informed.
